The “I Care Bear” Award, is an award given to exemplary employees who routinely go above and beyond the call of duty in caring for our residents within the Ebenezer Organization. Last week, Riley Crossing presented this “Care Bear” award to Raychelle Fischer.
Raychelle is a resident assistant here at Riley Crossing that goes above and beyond in the care of our residents here daily. From hemming residents’ pants for them in her own time to watching videos to learn sign language so she can communicate with residents through their care. She is, without a doubt, well deserving of this award.
Raychelle always takes the extra time to help residents who need it and is often coming up with creative solutions to provide the best care to our residents. She comes to work every day with a smile and a positive attitude. You can hear the compassion in her voice and see her incredible work ethic every day.
She is someone you can truly rely on, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our team.
By presenting this award, Raychelle will be recognized by the entire Ebenezer Corporation and Riley Crossing!
