Yes, Riley Crossing has a medication management program, which may be added to an individualized service plan and varies based on regulations. Residents participating in Riley Crossing’s medication program may choose their own pharmacy or use Riley Crossing’s preferred pharmacy provider in that region. If a resident prefers to use an alternate pharmacy, the resident and pharmacy must comply with certain requirements.

Upon move-in, our nurses and care team will assess your current health and review your medical history to see how we can best meet your needs. They will also discuss your preferences as well as your normal routines to develop a care plan that’s tailor made for you. This individualized service plan details your care plan and is regularly updated to meet your evolving needs.

We offer Independent Living for older adults who can still live independently and want a safe, maintenance-free living environment. Assisted Living is for those who need some level of personal care. Assisted Living can offer a minimal amount of assistance, to a full array of services, all without having to move apartments.

When you and your loved one are deciding whether it's time to make the move to a senior living community, money is a big consideration. At Ebenezer and Riley Crossing, we're committed to be completely transparent and straightforward about our pricing. For us, it's a matter of integrity. The last thing you (or we) want is for you to go through the entire journey that is involved in making the decision to move into senior living, only to settle in and then be unpleasantly surprised by the monthly bill. Transitions are difficult enough. You don't need surprises on your bill, too.

You'll find our rent prices right here on our website. Then, when you request packet, tour or meet with our Outreach and Sales Director, they will provide you with a price sheet that outlines all of the different types of care and services our residents can receive, and the exact monthly price of those services. It's anything from assistance bathing and dressing, transfers and mobility assistance, escorts, dining service assistance, personal hygiene, medication services, nurse visits, safety checks, and more. You name it, it's on that list, and you'll know exactly what any and all of your services cost each month. There are no surprises, no hidden costs, no shadowy or unexplained "fees" that seem to be padding your bill. Some competitors use a points system or never show you a list of the services and care costs which is confusing and not transparent.

We provide continued education and training, clinical care protocols and multiple quality assurance measures to reinforce our strong standards.
