Memory Care Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question? We’re here to help. Explore some frequently asked questions below and contact us if your question isn’t here.
How much does it cost to live in your community?
When you and your loved one are deciding if it’s time to make the move to a senior living community, we understand that money is a big consideration. At Ebenezer and Riley Crossing, we’re committed to transparency and will always be straightforward about our pricing. For us, it’s a matter of integrity. Transitions are difficult enough—you don’t need surprises on your bill, too.
Some competitors confuse you by using a points system, or never show you a list of the services and care costs. At Riley Crossing, you’ll find our rent prices right here on our website. Then, when you request a tour and meet with our Outreach and Sales Director, they will provide you with a price sheet that outlines every type of care and services our residents receive, and the exact monthly price of those services. Everything from assistance bathing and dressing, transfers and mobility assistance, escorts, dining service assistance, personal hygiene, medication services, nurse visits, safety checks, and more. No surprises, no hidden costs, and no shadowy “fees” that seem to pad your bill.
Do you offer 24-hour nursing?
We have nurses in the community or on-call 24-hours a day.
Are there restrictions on visiting hours?
As this is our residents’ home, we welcome visitors and work with family and friends to find a time to visit their loved ones when it works best for them.
Have peace of mind knowing you’ve made the right decision by viewing our decision-making resources, designed to help you take the next step towards yours or your loved one’s future at Riley Crossing.
