We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to support our senior living community. This maintenance position is responsible for supervising preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment and grounds keeping for the Senior Assisted Living community in Chanhassen, MN
* NO boilers license required.
This part-time repairs/grounds/maintenance position includes the following :
- 48 hours in two weeks
- Day Shift Hours, includes every other weekend and rotating holidays

Responsibilities/Job Description
- Repairs and maintains work orders for residents’ individual living apartment homes and community spaces
- Keeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal, and operating motorized grounds equipment
- Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment
- Apartment turnovers
Qualifications
- One to three years previous experience in a similar environment
- Vocation/Technical training preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Desire to work with older adults
